2. Google Account Integration
2.1 Authentication and Access
- • We request access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, and other Google data only with your explicit consent.
- • We use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication provided by Google.
- • Your Google account credentials are never stored on our servers.
- • You can revoke access to your Google account at any time through the app settings.
- • Jasni only requests the minimum required scopes to deliver its voice command functionality.
2.2 Data Processing and Storage
- • All data accessed via Google APIs is processed in real-time only and never stored.
- • We do not retain, copy, or index your data.
- • All communication is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
3. Data Access and Usage
3.1 Google User Data
Jasni may access the following data when relevant and permitted by you:
- • Email content and metadata (via Gmail API)
- • Calendar events and invite details
- • Files stored in Google Drive
- • Contact data to identify senders or recipients
This data is used strictly for functionality within Jasni. No user data is used for marketing, analytics, or advertising purposes.
We do not use any Google Workspace API data to train general-purpose AI or ML models.
3.2 Data Sharing
- • Jasni never shares or sells your Google data to third parties.
- • If third-party infrastructure is used (e.g., for hosting), those providers are contractually bound to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and strict confidentiality standards.
- • Jasni is fully funded by its subscription model — your data is not our business model.
4. Voice Command Processing
Voice commands are processed through OpenAI's services to interpret and fulfill your requests. These are transmitted securely and are not stored permanently. Jasni ensures that no sensitive content or personal identifiers are included in processed voice data unless essential to the command.
5. Your Rights and Controls
You have the following rights and controls:
- • Revoke access to your connected accounts at any time
- • Request deletion of any temporary or cached data
- • Request detailed information about how your data is used
- • Request deletion of your Jasni account and associated data
- • File a complaint regarding data usage if needed
6. Limited Use Disclosure
Jasni's use and transfer of data from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- • Jasni processes all email, file, and calendar data in real-time only.
- • No long-term data storage is performed.
- • Users can revoke access and delete their Jasni account at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
Jasni is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children under this age.
